The Society will be hosting an (in person only) mixer and poster session during the Entomological Society of America meeting taking place in Columbus Ohio (USA) in November 2026. If you are going to be at ESA join us on Sunday 8 November 15:00-17:00 in Ballroom B of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
To submit a poster please fill in the form below before 6 November 2026. If you are presenting a poster at ESA you can bring it to our session as well: posters submitted to us do not count towards the ESA limit on presentations so this is an opportunity to share your work with fellow hymenopterists.
