Our business meetings are held annually. In the past they took place in conjunction with the meetings of the Entomological Society of America and at our quadrennial international conferences; since 2020 we have been holding the business meetings online to enable more members to attend.
ISH will normally host a symposium at both the annual Entomological Society of America conference, and at the International Congress of Entomology (ICE), which is held every four years.
ISH hosts our own International Society of Hymenopterists Congress every four years, generally two years apart from ICE.
We now also traditionally hold an online symposium every year that runs for 24 hours, called Hymathon!

The next international congress will take place in 2026 – stay tuned for the formal announcement of the location, but the committee is very excited about the current proposal!
