We would love to welcome you to the International Society of Hymenopterists. We are a lively community of more than 250 people from over 50 countries. To see some of our members, go to the MEMBERS page.
Membership is open to all persons with an interest in hymenopterans. If you are a hymenopterist and not yet a member, please join the Society. Memberships support our journal and our meetings. Also, we are hoping to publish an electronic version of our journal in addition to the print version, and for this we need your support.
As a member, you receive our journal for free. But this is not why you should join us. One reason to join is that the journal is financed by our membership and if we didn't have enough members, we wouldn't be able to publish the journal. So even if you can get the journal in your library, you should join, to ensure that the journal gets published at all! Also, membership supports the many activities of the Society, for example our meetings and this website.
If you'd like to join, please download the application , print it, fill it out, and snailmail it to

Or you could fax it to 1-520-884-9345.
If you have questions, send an email to treasurer at hymenopterists dot org
If the pdf opens in your browser instead of downloading to your desktop, use your browser's "save as" feature.
Sorry about this somewhat oldfashioned approach; we are currently working on a more modern way of joining our Society.
